Fantastic hotel, located conveniently at one of the main boulevards, Gran Via, in Madrid. Metro station and some of the major tourist sites are only a few steps away, and so are countless number of cafés, restaurants, and shops. The whole property is really well maintained, and rooms are perfectly clean. Breakfast is varied and tasty, and coffee is very good, too. I also liked the bar on the 9th floor, where I could enjoy a glass of very good Spanish wine in the evening. However, what I liked most was the staff: even the most beautiful hotel in the world is worth nothing without the people working there. The receptionists are really welcoming and helpful, but I was really amazed by one of the ladies in the breakfast room and by the young girl working in the bar in the evenings: they were always smiling and charming, and also remembered everyone's room numbers (if people stayed there for more than couple of nights). I was really amazed! I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I really hope that I will meet all this people again! Without all of them the place won't be the same!

We simply love Hotel Atlantico! We have been coming to Madrid at least twice a year for more than 20 years, we have stayed in many places, 4 and 5 stars and this hotel has been our favorite place to stay for several years. We love Gran Via, we love its vibes, winter and summer we feel great here, there is everything there, tapas bars, restaurants, shops, easy access to transport, culture places. The hotel has very stylish rooms, it is sterile clean, beautifully renovated, the building itself is one of the most beautiful houses in Madrid. The service of the hotel is extremely attentive, we greatly appreciate the care that we always experience. We love to start a day with a great coffee in the small but very cozy breakfast room with Gran Via view. On the roof there is a great bar where in summer it is very pleasant to sit with a drink and feel the Madrit vibes. Wonderful place, one of the best if not the best 4 star hotel in Madrid, effectively competing with many 5 stars. We highly recommend Hotel Atlaintico as a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Madrid.

We loved the central location near to the major shops and metro. Friendly helpful informative staff. We had room316 which was great. Quiet as it does not face the street. Plenty of lights in the room as with only one window in this L shaped room it was a little dark without lighting. The room had every thing. Stocked fridge, safe, robes, slippers.hairdryer x. 2 , ironing board & iron , plenty of hangers including trouser hangers, plenty drawer space, The bathroom was superb shower over bath and bath was low level with double doors. I didn’t see a bath mat but presume I could have asked for one. Bathroom supplies were comprehensive and were replaced as used. Lovely large towels and the bedding was first class and monogrammed which made it look lux. It was quiet .the bar on 9th floor was quiet which we liked . Prices were very reasonable.

Loved this hotel mainly because despite its fab location on the hectic Grand Via it was an elegant haven of peace with two lovely roof top terraces where you could relax with a drink and snack and get away from the hustle and bustle. The decoration is very Spanish with tapestries and elegant furniture. My only criticism is there is no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Tea and coffee is free at the roof terrace bar but I would have liked a kettle in the room to relax from a long day of sightseeing - this said I would still return to this hotel if I visited Madrid again. We had a luxury room which was very large and the bathroom had his and her sinks and a separate toilet area - another big plus for this wonderful hotel

Where do I even begin? I absolutely fell in love with this hotel and will definitely be coming back. My husband and I had the best sleep here, the beds are incredibly comfortable. Despite being right on the lively Gran Vía, the noise isolation is excellent. As soon as you close the windows, it's peaceful and quiet. The staff were all very friendly, and the cleaning service was outstanding. It was such a joy to return to a room that was spotless and perfectly arranged every single day. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the action, perfectly positioned between the bustling downtown and the more upscale upper side, both of which we loved exploring.
